Edwin S. Rockefeller è stato presidente della Section of Antitrust Law dell’American Bar Association e professore di diritto al Georgetown University Law Center. Ha lavorato per quattro anni nella Federal Trade Commission e dal 1961 è presidente dell’advisory board dell’Antitrust and Trade Regulation Report del Bureau of National Affairs.
